NOTE: All PUBLIC Classes ARE OFF UNTIL 2020. Our HEAD TEACHER brittany is expecting her first child and will be taking this time to labour + spend some valuable moments with her son as a new mother.

Beginners Ashtanga (Level 1)
This Modified Series is a great way to get introduced to the world of yoga and Ashtanga. Learning and mastering the most key postures and putting them into motion. This class is key for building strength and flexibility and giving yourself time to experience the joy of yoga.

Vinyasa Thursdays (Level 1-2)
This incredible flowing class is exactly what you need to close down your week. Each class is different and moves to tunes of carefully curated playlists. Each class opens your mind, body and spirit.
ON HOLD: We will inform you when these classes start running again: Ashtanga Primary Series (Level 2)
Here we dive into the Primary Series of Ashtanga. This class is recommended for those who have a regular yoga practice. It's a strong and meditative flow through the Ashtanga Series.
