BAWA WORKSHOPS + SERIES
Starting on September 12th Brittany will be leading a 5 week Beginner Foundational Yoga Series.
• Five - Two Hour Sessions (theory and practice)
• Dates: Wednesdays (Sept 12, 19, 26, Oct 3, 10)
• 6:30pm - 8:30pm (a total of 8 hours of workshop)
• Location: Barbados Yacht Club on Bay Street

We will be working through the foundation and basics of yoga. Each session will be broken down into the following sections:
Philosophy: Giving you a big picture view into the world of Yoga, showing you that it's so much more than just a physical act.
Physical Postures: Breaking down the most used postures of most yoga flows and working on proper alignment, transitions and adjustments.
Practice: We'll then do a mini class putting our learnings into motion giving you an idea of what real classes will be like.
This series is great for anyone who wants to give yoga a shot but might be a bit nervous to come to a regular class. So if you've never done yoga before this will be a great introduction! Don't worry if you can't touch your toes, that's what yoga is for ;)
For those who have a regular practice this is going to be a great refresher for those classic yoga poses you know and love. We will help you to master them and make sure that your alignment is the best for you and your body.
